Quiet but in the middle of restaurants and cafes. Situated in front of the night market, ATMs , Korean food, even a Thai coffee shop . Chato is your best option . Skip the trendy , pricy places, as they are not always the best. Sleep well at Chato .

Soft bed & pillow, clean linen and additional square pillow. Bathroom and common areas are exceptionally clean, more hostels should implement the removal of footwear before entering the premises. Offering a restaurant, Pakse Hotel is set in a former cinema and casino, which is located 3 km from Pakse International Airport. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. Very friendly staff, good location close to everything also the bus station from where we took the night bus to Vientiane. Only a few metres down the road there is a good and effective travel agent who helped us with bus tickets and a day trip to Wat Phu.

Athena Hotel provides comfortable rooms and an outdoor pool, a 10-minute walk from the centre of Pakse. It also has free Wi-Fi, which is available throughout the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff very friendly. I really enjoyed being able to come back each day and have a swim. I ate in the hotel most nights the meals on offer were fine as was the breakfast. It was easy enough to organise airport pick up and tours through the hotel.

The facilities are nice and the breakfast included was correct. We had an amazing Christmas night with the other guests, the staff and their families. Thank you again for organizing that, we were genuinely so happy to be among people for a day that important !
