The staff is super friendly. When I got there, I realised that they had given me a room without a window, web though I'd paid for a room with a view. I explained, and 5 minutes after, I was in a room accordingly to my reservation. They solved the problem willingly and with a smile on their faces.

Sama-Sama Express KLIA Terminal 2- Airside Transit Hotel is located in the Satellite Building (International Departure Level 3) at KLIA Terminal 2 . Room was fantastic, great shower, all needed amenities including tea/coffee kettle, clothesline, towels, toothbrush etc. The next room had a noisy family with screaming kids, but hardly noticed when they were in their room. (I am a light sleeper, so always use earplugs)
