Friendliness and professionalism of all staff. The rooms were airy and well appointed. The view from the balcony was of Mount Teide and the garden. The pool area was exceptional also with a wonderful view of the coast m. Breakfast was generous and high quality, dinner was excellent too with a good choice of wines.

Frokosten var helt fantastisk, og alle som jobbet på Botanico var så utrolig snille, flinke, hjelpsom, velkommen og høflige. ☺️ Ble også utrolig glad og overasket over bursdag kaken og drikken eg fekk på bursdagen min 😍 vi fekk all hjelpen vi kunne trenge og mye mer. Kommer definitivt til å booke dette hotellet igjen ❤️

This place has everything: great location, fully equipped, comfortable furniture and the host was very friendly. We arrived there with the car and she was so nice to give us the best advice where to find the best closest parking. Highly recommended:)

Awesome apartment with great view. Convinient parking in the builing for those who travel by car. Nice and friendly hosts. The rooms are clean, the kitchen and bathroom have all what is needed for the comfortable stay. There are a lot of shops and restaraunts in this district. My family and I highly recommend this place for your vacation.

Very nice but small apartment. We enjoyed our stay there. The owner Alfonso is very friendly and helpful. You need to be aware the the apartment (the one with the balcony) is quiet small and the kitchen has only two hot plates and is very narrow. For us it was no issue because we stayed only 4 nights and did not cook a lot. The best is the location. Right next to the border to the historical town center but still quiet during the night. No issues with smell from the sewage (we had that in several apartments in Tenerife). Parking options at the street (however sometimes you need to search for a free place). Nice balcony with the view of Teide.
