Our stay absolutely exceeded expectations. The owners went above to make us feel at home. Not only were they lovely to chat to, but they also gave us a good lay of the land and excellent recommendations of what to visit in the city, they are clearly very knowledge as to its history. The accomodation itself is in a central location, it has everything you need including a tv and is quite cozy. The breakfast, which was included, was also incredible!

The staff were always available and helpful. Nothing was too much. The location was off main street, so it was quieter. BREAKFASTS WERE AMAZING 👏 it was a hot week, so the ladies provided a fan for us. We loved it, and we would definitely recommend it and stay here again when in Blackpool. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely greeting from Douglas and the communication leading up to our stay was fabulous. The lobby area is really nice and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and a nice size with plenty of storage and the bed was really comfortable. The ensuite was extremely clean too with plenty of toiletries.
