The room was immaculate, kettle & coffee machine, snacks, mini fridge, bathroom full of amenities- all the good things that made my stay super enjoyable. Waking up to a short walk to the seaside each morning was a delightful treat, offering a special holiday, which made my stay incredible. The location couldn't have been more perfect, providing easy access to Brighton's attractions and the stunning beachfront. The attention to detail throughout the B&B, combined with the personalized service, truly elevated my experience. Unexpectedly wonderful. Authentic. Didn't expect a pub but turned out to be a plus. Very good food for both dinner and breakfast. Spacious room with modern bathroom. Nicest people.

Comfortable and cosy 2 bedroom suite in a great location. The guidance from the host was specific, and we found the place easily. We fell in love with the two cats , Oliver and Crumble, who were definitely a bonus. The room was clean and massive. I can't find a negative thing to say. We are gonna visit again soon🙏🏻

Everything. I was really sad I only stayed thoses few days. It was an incredible place, very big, very confy. TV was all set up. It was close to everything. I would move in if I could. Would send anyone there.
