The location was excellent, sea views across the bay from the rooms were amazing. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. The rooms were beautiful, nice and clean and had all that we needed.

Very clean modern and comfortable room, brilliant shower and a bed i didn't want to leave, not forgetting the mini fridge to cool the wine, nice area and good location for exploring that part of Cornwall. Would definitely stay again.

The room was comfortable, warm and freshly renovated. Check-in and out was easy, and the hosts communicated brilliantly. The location was great. Able to get down to the beach quickly; 10 - 15 minutes walk (we walk quickly...)--albeit there is a fairly steep hill to negotiate, but you have to come up the hill if you want to get anywhere at all from the beach, so it's unavoidable. I'm sure you can easily get a taxi back up if necessary.

Lovely apartment. Really relaxing stay. Great location and wonderful hosts. Apartment is attached (but seperate) to the family house. Fully self contained with off street parking. Great St Ives location. Just outside the main town (walkable) and close to local beaches.
