The location is excellent, 2 mins walk to the Laganas beach. It's an awesome beach for everyone, kids included with golden sand and clear waters. The location has also its own restaurant in front where the owner are there every day so if you need something you just need to ask. They will clean the apartment every 2 days and give you fresh towels. You are also close to small shops that can provide an excellent breakfast. We will for sure come back here next year. Beautiful studio in a great location, 3 min walk from the beach. The location is perfect if you want to stay in a quiet place while being really close to the main street with all the bars / restaurant (1 min walk). The landlady is fabulous, she greeted me with cake and fresh fruits! You can tell she cares about the studios and making guests feel welcome and at ease. The place is very clean - a cleaner comes every day to clean your room. My studio had a balcony, which was perfect to have breakfast on in the morning (view on the well maintained garden). I would definitely come back to Lucia Studios.
