Everything. Would go back without thinking twice. Good amenities and good host. I traveled with my wife and 2 toddlers and it was a very good experience. We had the room with the double bed and bunkers and it was great. They have a complete kitchen that we used to cook dinner for the kids on a daily basis. Amazing treehouse, so calm, sounds of birds, sunset, stars at night. The facilities for cooking were great, Antonio very nice and welcoming, the bed is comfortable and the place is clean and cozy, and his heating for those cold nights, which is a real luxury in Portugal.
