It has fanstastic view for Los Gigantes. Food offered at the hotel ( and during the day at the pool ) is excellent. Staff is extremly friendly at the reception, and very helpful. Quiet and very clean space, absolutely lovely for kids ( and adults ). Big terrace to enjoy the view and spacious rooms. Walking distance ( 10 min ) for the lovely beach right near Los Gigantes.

The Tigaiga Hotel is set in a quiet area of Tenerife’s Puerto de la Cruz, next to Taoro Park. Playa Jardín Beach is 900 metres away and Martianez Lake is within a 30-minute walk. Teide National Park is 40 km away. We received an upgrade to a bigger room and it was fabulos, with a very nice view and very clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area, near a park. The city center is just 15 minutes walk. They have a private parking but if it's full there is a free parking nearby. I absolutely recommend this hotel, it has all: calm atmosphere, green surroundings (a beautiful garden) and really nice views.

Definitely one of the best accomodations that I have ever seen. So happy that we have chosen this area of the island since the views here are spectacular. The hotel is huge having amazing views over the ocean, the palms and the golf area. Top quality services provided by the staff, while the facilities are everything that you need. Rooms are big and clean, you have 3 -4 pools with many sunbeds where you can enjoy your time (you definitely need to book the ocean club atlantic pool which is outstanding). It was a pleasure to spend my birthday in this place and I need to thank again the staff for the gift sent in the room. Will definitely book again on the next trip.

Duque Beach is just 500 metres from the hotel and there is also a fitness centre on-site. Bicycle and car rental can be organised for guests. I don’t write reviews very often, but when there is a hotel that exceeds all expectations with such excellent service, then I feel compelled to leave a review. The staff was amazing, from check-in to checkout, not to mention the hotel itself was beautiful.

Jardin Beach is a 10-minute drive from the property. High standard hotel, relaxing atmosphere, friendly and supportive staff, excellent location, grocery store around the corner, a few very good restaurants for a decent price very close to the hotel. Outdoor swimming pool is very nice. Breakfast was great with high variety of food.
