Great set up, access is by digital key which worked great. The host was always around. Free tea,coffee, etc for us to make our own breakfast. A well equipped kitchen if we wanted to make food.

Great location, in the middle of the busy area of the city but still very quiet in the rooms. There was daily room cleaning which was very nice.
The staff at reception were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good and on par with other hotels in Switzerland (yogurt, cereals, juices, croissants, bread, boiled eggs, cured meats and fruits). There was not many gluten free options in the breakfast for my partner.
