Beautiful apartment, comfortable beds, all the necessities are at the apartment and store and metro are close. The owner allowed us to check in in the morning even though the check in to the apartment time was from 16:00, which honestly was so kind and we appreciate it so much as we were after a night flight and really needed a few hours of rest before moving on with the day!

We had a really nice stay, the small appartment is well equipped and cozy - exactly as described here. The toilet is not accessible via the common corridor as mentioned in some previous reviews but in the private bathroon (probably some smart rearrangement was done) - which was a pleasant surprise.

The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. The bathroom was very good, especially the shower. The location was excellent, a short walk from the metro station and from local shops, including a big supermarket and a good bakery, as well as lots of restaurants and cafés. It's easy enough to get in to central Paris, just leave enough time. The host was very helpful, friendly, and easy to contact. The bed was comfortable. There were little extra touches, which were appreciated, like slippers, a candle, even some chairs for the balcony. The parking space is in a secure, underground, car park, which felt safe. There was no noise from the neighbours and not much from the street, the insulation is good.
