Breakfast was fantastic, we dont eat meat and they were able to cater for us. Breakfast was always served to the room on time and the staff were very polite and hospitable. Our room was exceptionally clean, modern and well equipped. The manager here was extremely helpful and accommodating and we very much enjoyed our stay! We would definitely return but in the warmer months.

Very high-quality accommodation and property in general.
Top-tier service - super-friendly people who proactively try to accommodate all your needs (and even anticipate which needs you may have!). They remind your preferences, so, I experienced a highly personalized experience.
The owner of the hotel is extremely friendly but down-to-earth, accessible and overall a knowledgeable person.
I found the hotel elegant and stylish but not at all over the top. Exactly right for fellow lovers of architecture and design.

The place is in excellent location, within a cute village with beautiful views. Wonderful sunset view itself from the rooftop of the hotel!! Everything is new and just like on the pictures, I couldn’t get enough of the style and effortless elegance of this place. Breakfast of very good quality, healthy and super tasty. But most importantly though, Esra - the host, is so helpful and so nice! When we arrived, Esra gave us all the support we needed, and stayed available at all times. This place really was a highlight of our stay in Santorini!

Pirgos is a lovely village 10 mins from the airport....but you wouldn't know it was that close noise wise.
The village has quite a few restaurants so not short of choice. It also has a mini mart and a bakery and a really good pharmacy should you need one. So really quite the perfect place with all you could want.
There is a bus service so you can get into the main town Fira and from there to other places on the island fairly easily and cheaply.
All in all it a really excellent place to stay

We loved everything we did in Pyrgos.
We loved everything we did in Pyrgos. We were able to walk to the village and the winery. We also were able to rent a car and see the island!
Be open about needing to stop and figure out where you are. We walked 20K steps each day and sometimes backtracked because we don't read the local language. But the moments of looking lost allowed us to connect with other travelers who made great selections.
The trails were wonderful. The sunsets were spectacular. We visited a little off season, so there were no crowds.
I hadn't driven a manual transmission in 30 years, it took a minute to gain my confidence. If you plan to rent a car try to refresh the skills, steep hills is not the place to learn to use a clutch!
One of my favorite memories was an afternoon at Triana tavern. Enjoy!

Great restaurants, great bakery, amazing views of the sunset...
Great restaurants, great bakery, amazing views of the sunset from the castle / Franco's Bar. The gyros cafe in the square served the best gyros I've had in Greece and it was very well priced.
Mataroa restaurant is genuinely fantastic - the octopus was amazing.

A lovely town close to our hotel.
A lovely town close to our hotel. Less congested than Fira and more relaxed than Oia. We had lunch at one restaurant and dinner at another. Both experiences were excellent. Town has useful amenities like petrol, pharmacy and supermarket and great views down to the Caldera cliff tops.
The property was in a great location, walking distance to lovely bars and restaurants. But the suite was quiet itself!
Oia was about 30 mins away via quad and Fira was about 15 minutes away.
The suite was stunning. Staff from the hotel met us in the square and carried our bags. They couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay helping us book wine tasting and sailing aswell as our quads. They went above and beyond!
We had such a lovely honeymoon and would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a relaxing trip !
Beautiful and relaxing room and facilities. Everywhere you go, it feels like a spa. We loved the breakfast! Best included breakfast that we have ever had in a hotel. The views from our room were spectacular. We could see the sunrise and sunset. We ate at the restaurant for lunch one day, and the food was delicious. I also liked that we could use WhatsApp to communicate with the concierge. It was nice that we were given a complimentary hour in the spa pool which was heated, since we couldn’t use any of the other pools.
Everything was excellent. We were met at the airport and greeted by staff when we got to the hotel. The staff took the time to map out their favorite locations and restaurants around the island and explaining it all for us. They also took care of breakfast orders, car resverations, late night food orders, and in-room massages. Always friendly with a smile on their faces. Absolutely incredible stay. Room was large with a huge shower and nice pool/terrace. Due to weather, could not use the pool though.
This hotel is gorgeous, and the staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. You are 2 mins from downtown Pyrgos, a beautiful old city with excellent food, small town sites and huge views. The stay was quiet and peaceful every night. The sunrises and sunsets could both be seen from our terrace. Heated pool for the win because the wind made it chilly some nights. We enjoyed every moment- especially the amazing breakfast delivered every morning to our terrace!! So spoiled!
This hotel is very well located as it’s in the middle of the island so you can explore everything. The town of Pyrgos is far away from the crowd and really authentic. You can still find shops and good restaurants. The room was perfect, the pool is really a must and the view was amazing. The staff is really kind and can give you advices for your stay and help you with reservations and they serve a wonderful breakfast every morning.
The accommodation was excellent very spacious and spotlessly clean. we loved being away from the hustle & bustle of Fira and being able to visit there and other parts of the island, as we wanted using the public bus service. we used whatsapp when we needed a taxi organised from the airport and to the port.
stavroula was a very accommodating host and we highly recommend this lovely apartment in Pyrgos.
The breakfast was amazing! they delivered it to our room every morning and allowed us to pick a fresh breakfast every morning. I can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional service and for setting our expectations so high. We went to Mykonos and the service was terrible so we were soooo spoiled at the ART hotel and it made our experience so amazing!
we had the most amazing stay!! Santorini is insanely beautiful!!
our suite was like one of a 5 star ++ hotel. but perhaps what made our stay most enjoyable was ELISABETH! the friendly and kind way she dealt with us we literally thought SHE OWNS THE HOTEL!
it’s also well located as it’s got the calm quite pyrgos vibes yet still not far from other places
The hotel is on a noisy road but don’t let that deter you (we just put a noise machine on our phone). The views were STELLAR. The staff EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and reachable at all times. Breakfast brought TO YOUR ROOM! Complimentary hospitality ‘items’ were an additionally nice touch.
Kind owners who provided us with everything we needed during the stay, even an umbrella on a rainy day. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was great eating breakfast every morning at the rooftop patio enjoying the view. The hotel is in a quiet location.
My husband and I loved our stay at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious. Having the pool was really nice and our favourite part was enjoying the amazing breakfast on our balcony every morning. The staff was also extremely kind and accommodating.
Perfect stopover location. Quirky little hotel with beautiful rooms in a quiet area not far from Pyrgos which is a beautiful little town. Breakfast served on the balcony outside your room! Amazing staff. So friendly and helpful!!
We enjoyed the layout of the room and all the places outside to sit and enjoy the weather and views. The hotel was nicely located among many restaurants, a short walk to santo wines, and just steps from pyrgos square.
The hotel provided a breakfast and there was access to a lovely pool with lounges, made for a relaxing place to stay overnight before we headed to the port for our onward trip to other islands.
reception staff were very friendly and helpful, pool was nice, parking was okay, hotel location was good, balcony and air-conditioning was good, mattress was comfortable
the rooms are very stylish and spacious, the hôtel personnels kindness and the location at Pyrgos which is the most authentic and beautiful village of the island
