The place is the best for discovering Venice,5 minute by bus, the service is good, pleasant, and helpful.
The breakfast is a big plus, too.

Room was very basic. Bedding and towels were clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Liked to location, quick bus trip to Venice and lovely walks in the evening around the suburbs with wonderful local eateries. There was a restaurant at the hotel but we never had a chance to try it, looked like they made wood fired pizza as well as other dishes.
