The place is set up beautifully including a cooker, fridge, air con, wifi and breakfast supplied (croissants, yoghurt, juice, biscuits, toast)

Fantastic accomodation in Civita, modern room with all facilities on the main square, with its own external gated private garden with breathtaking views of the valley and surroundings of Civita; you can also bring drinks from the bar to enjoy in this amazing garden.
I can't stress enough how friendly and helpful was the service provided: communication was quick, precise and always helpful, they called and provided on the fly information when we struggled to find the parking and even got to the point of coming down to the parking just to bring us a parking ticket (you can park in an area reserved for hospitality but you need to leave in the car a ticket saying when and where you are staying). To experience the magic of a night in Civita, it's a great accomodation. Toiletry it's provided by its own shop and very good, to complete the experience.
Check in/out was again very swift and friendly, we really felt welcome

It is such a small town, that most people only spend a few...
It is such a small town, that most people only spend a few hours there. As I came by train and bus, I chose to stay a night and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere as the sunset and the crowds left. The restaurant, Trattoria Bruschetteria La Cantina di Arianna, where I ate had a great choice on the menu and was a cosy place to eat.

Clean, comfortable, with breakfast, fruits, mineral water, coffee, tea, milk provided, only about 25-30 min. walk from Civita di Bagnoregio. The host was exceptionally kind, helped us unpack, showed us the parking lot and gave us a green card for free parking as well. (Even though he spoke only Italian, whilst we spoke English, we understood each other perfectly well and he was very patient). Our accommodation was enormous complete with a large living room, sitting room and bedroom. The entire suite was contained within a stone building several centuries old, and was exquisite. Furnishing inside were outstanding with many items complementing the medieval aspect of the building’s interior. Bathroom was large, sleek and modern. Fabulous shower. Can’t recommend L’Incanto di Civita highly enough. A memorable and once in a lifetime place to stay.

We had trouble finding the place when we arrived due to it being dark and our maps not working. We called our host and he met us where we were and had us follow him to Amarcord. The location of L'Incanto is one of the most beautiful spots in the town. The apartment was BEAUTIFUL. I would recommend it for a small family (there is a cute single pull out in addition to the larger bed). It is well kept up and clean. Chiara was an amazing host, making sure that we were all set with everything.

The beds at Acqua di Civita Beauty and Rooms were the absolute best, The AC worked great too. Every interaction we had with the property managers were excellent. We also enjoyed sitting and reading in the garden. I think it is well worth it to spend a night or two here in town as opposed to before the bridge. WIFI worked great.

The fireplace is a nice touch, especially during winter. The place is great for small families in my opinion and I would recommend staying more than a night if possible to enjoy Cività and its vicinity and relax a little in this old town.
