Bed was comfortable and the room was well soundproofed from traffic.
The hotel location was great, not far from station and the bus stop for the hotel was just outside the hotel.
The hotel was in a central location for the low part of the city, and the upper historic part of the city was easily accessible

My room was spacious , spotless and quiet. The hotel location is great. And… the reception spoke English and actually understood my fast kiwi . A bonus. Breakfast was great and coffee awesome. This hotel was closed for about 18months after pandemic and I for one are really pleased for them that business is doing well. I have been to Bergamo a few times but I will always stay here in the future and would highly recommend this hotel.
