The location was more than great, just a few meters from 'La Via degli Ulivi', beautiful trail to get to Assisi and Spello.
The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices with lots of homemade products as well!
Not to mention the friendliness of the owners! And the hall with the fireplace!

Hotel is beautiful in a good location. Chose the room with a view and wow!!! Incredible.
However, the room is small and cramped as is the bathroom. No cooling and with it being such a small space, it was stuffy and hot = no sleep!
