Perfect location near Volterra and Lajatico with dreamlike views of the Tuscan valley. Spacious (we were four friends traveling together). Very clean with all required equipment (including coffee maker, iron etc). The owners went out of their way to make our stay special, cooking dinner for us and driving us to the nearby Bocelli concert. We will treasure the memory of staying here and will definitely return if we are in the area in the future.

Really convenient location for cycling tourists like us - the location was really convenient with plenty of storage room for bikes. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the bathroom spacious, the breakfast catered for all the tastes. The staff were helpful. The neighbourhood is really quiet and there is a good restaurant 300m from the hotel.

Right in the middle of Volterra this charming hotel was booked for a 2 night stay to attend a wedding in Tuscany. It is a family run property and they are lovely people. They helped us with bags up to our rooms. The breakfast was generous and they served hot delicious cappuccinos! The paid car park is a short 2 min walk. We received detailed instructions and the hotel manager was very responsive on WhatsApp guiding us to park and walk to hotel. He even helped take our bags back to car park on check out. The rooms were charming and clean.

The location was fantastic, a couple of minutes walk from the main streets and piazza. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, really clean upon arrival and cleaned every day too.
