Buffet breakfast and dinner were very good, generally, although the choices were somewhat repetitive after 5 days of stay (which was our length of stay). Pizza station was closed for one of those days, which was a bummer.
Staff were generally very helpful, especially the part-time buggy drivers who drive guests around the resort. One of the managers, Valerio, was also helpful.

the breackfast optimal the location even if not central beautiful if you like peace and quite did not mind a good walk to rich the center of the city even if they are regolar busses.. the staff is very friendly and helpful

Very friendly reception staff who were very helpful. Location at the centre of the waterfront and close to the ferry terminal couldn't be better Breakfast room overlooking the water rather than the usual somewhat soulless room was a joy. Given the surprising general availability of free parking in the area (this was a weekend in early June) the lack of a hotel car park wasn't an issue
