Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is not in the city center but is very easily accessed by public transport. As we travelled by car it was very convenient for us that we were allowed to leave our car in the hotel car park even after we checked out. So we were able to go to city center by tram and come back later to collect our car.

Metro station is 3minutes walk away and is the end of that line. It takes you right to the city. There is a nice shopping mall within walking distance with a very big supermarket and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed staying outside of the central city and it was easy to reach by car.

Excellent reception staff. Thank you for making the effort to speak English and making sure every detail is good. 4 star reception in a 3 star hotel! Great cleaning team, thanks for cleaning - I wasn’t expecting this since I stayed only 2 nights. Comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Nice area to sit down and plenty of space.

Canal was filthy and littered with trash. No top sheets on the beds and pillows smelled like smoke. No place to hang up clothes in the second bedroom. Mirrors in both bedrooms would be helpful. We had to ask for laundry soap in either apartment but host brought it to us upon our request.
