Everything. Starting from the *exceptional* reception, to the attention from the staff at all points, including trying to fix some issues my mother in law had with her mobility problems. A step above and beyond, to be honest. Breakfast was very good (really, amazing scrambled eggs, the best I have had by far, so good the tray was almost always empty :D). Another good thing... close to a McDonalds if you have a child who suddenly realizes proper pizza and pasta are not his thing.

Great location, near everything, lovely and copious breakfast with plenty of choice, comfy beds and quiet room with complementary water and soda, the staff at the reception was very helpful and gave us good recommendations on where to go to visit Florence and eat local food as well.
