I love the quiet of the apartment. It is the only one on this floor. No banging of doors or loud voices late at night and early morning. It is clean and comfortable and very central with a lovely restaurant downstairs 2 doors away. Teresa was very helpful and easy to acces when I had questions. She even got my clothes organized to be washed by lovely Sara. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay.

The garden and the view are amazing, it is 15 mins walk away from Radicofani, one of the cutest towns of Val d'Orcia, and by far more authentic than Monte Pulciano or Pienza, which have become too touristic in the last years. The sight seen is incredible, on the top of a hill, you will see the enchanted Val d'Orcia with its olive trees and vines, wake up to birds chirping, and enjoy sunset drinking good wineBurchiItaly

The hotel is well located if you’re walking the Via Francigena. It’s close to a decent Alimentare and a number of good restaurants. Good all round facilities, including a washing machine, which was very welcome, as we were walking the Via Francegina. The keys were left out for us, but the host called over to us later, to explain everything and to check if everything was okay. The location has spectacular views and is an uphill walk or easy drive into the incredible medieval Tuscan town of Radicofani. The outdoor space is a great place to hang out at all times of the day. The room itself was fine, if a little dated. Lovely to have a bath, to soak my aching legs whilst cycling from Canterbury to Rome. It was peaceful, virtually silent, and the staff were very friendly even if no English was spoken, we still managed to communicate.
