Casa Terzerie is absolutely fantastic - a beautiful and lovely place. The historic building is completely secluded and is the perfect place to relax. The property is fantastically beautiful and by far one of the most beautiful places in Italy. The pool is huge and the room is large and clean. The breakfast with local products on the terrace is excellent. Francesca is a perfect host, friendly, with a big heart and has lot of good tips for the area. Thank you for everything - we will come back soon.

The property was absolutely perfect. As soon as we walked in, we felt at home. The area is quiet and private but close enough to places of interest (several beaches, beautiful towns and delicious restaurants and wine cellars). Our rooms and other facilities were beautifully maintained and impeccably clean.
However, the best part of our stay was the hosts, Laura and Stefano, who welcomed us warmly, recommended amazing places to visit which would have been only known to locals, provided us with the best breakfast we ever had with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. They also went the extra mile in terms of interacting with all the guests and making sure they enjoyed their stay and felt at home.
There wouldn’t be enough praise to express how they made our holiday very memorable and special.
We came for a holiday and we ended up making friends for life.
We will definitely come back again! Probably every year and make this stay at Il Casale delle Rose our new tradition.

The couple were the most hospitable people we met in our cycling trip in Tuscany. We hey were very accommodating. We reached very late and they prepared an amazing pane zuppa for us which was a blessing after a full day of cycling. They also sat with us and shared stories and talked to us. There was also wine and water included.
The husband also came to look for us because we were late and there was a storm approaching. They also prepared the pool for us. There was jam for breakfast too.

This place is a gem, the village is really small and quiet, the apartment is on the top of the hill surrounded by other houses, so you can easily feel that you are one of the locals. The view is spectacular either from the living room or the near benches that are a few steps away outside. The owners were super nice and engaging, they sent us videos, how to find the place, which was very helpful(!!!), and we even got some welcome presents! :) We loved the record player and the armchair in the living room/bedroom!
The bathtub was something else, it looked great, worked great and the view from it to the landscape was incredible! Highly recommend it!
