A beautiful property in an incredible setting. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The property has recently been lovingly restored into a perfect small bed and breakfast hotel. We also enjoyed an excellent lunch on their terrace. There is a great choice of restaurants in nearby Arezzo but a car is needed.

Our favourite ever trip. Pictures can't encapsulate just how beautiful and serene Il Borro is. The food and wine were delicious too - we'd recommend doing both the bistro and the gourmet restaurant. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful.

Outside of the city on a hill so you can see all the surrounding countryside and arezzo. The host was very welcoming and great to chat too. He prepares breakfast from scratch every morning sourcing locally produced ingredients and goods so everything is always fresh. It is always served in the beutiful ancient halls of the villa overlooking the countryside. The villa is small and cosy with no more than a couple guests everyday so its very quiet and tranquil.
