Big chess pieces are in the garden, a swimming pool used mainly by us only, and a nearby beach to watch the sunset. There is a wide parking area. The place is a 15-minute ride to Vigan City, so they did not mind us buying "pasalubong" and leaving them inside the room. The restaurant on the third floor has a fantastic view of the beach and the sea.

Close to the city and historical Road. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. We were asked to upgrade our room for 1000 pesos so we got a king size bed and balcony. Worth it. Clean room and bathroom. Got our breakfast delivered to our room and enjoyed it on the balcony.

I like Vigan for it's old world appeal especially at the very popular Calle Crisologo. I also like the friendliness of the people, the amazing plazas and the choices of restaurants available. Vigan has its own very unique charm and despite not being as modern as some of the more developed cities in the Philippines, it is just as, if not more interesting. This is definitely a place I would like to visit again.

Beautiful and historic. Very friendly people. Getting around is fairly easy. We took the Kalesa to tour the city. Really need to plan where to eat at early since most places close early enough. 1995 Studio Cafe is a great place for tea, coffee, smoothie and some food.

Calle Crisologo itself is beautiful and a great spot to take pictures especially at night, but beyond it there's not much to see and do. A one-day visit is enough, IMHO, as there are many more things to see and do around Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte.

Vigan is a lovely city with old world charm.
Vigan is a lovely city with old world charm. Uncharacteristically it is not crowded unlike much of the Philippines. The beaches are good, the old city is fun to explore and its one of the few places in Philippines where I wasn't stressed driving as there is little traffic, and so easy to get around. One of the cleanest places I have seen. Vigan take pride in their streets and surroundings and don't litter.

Great food, a lot of attractions within walking distance of each other, Calle Crisologo and the Cathedral are always a great idea, especially at night.
Must try eats: Irene's Vigan Empanada, Cafe Bigaa, Cafe Leona, Calle Brewery
Pasalubong: Irma's Longganisa and Bagnet, Tongson's Bibingka, Senorita Dulce
This place is right where the action is in calle crisologo! You will wake up hearing the sound of kalesa. It will def bring you back in history! The photos, mirrors, beds, doors, windows - almost everything were preserved. The staff is sooo accomodating! Very respectful and willing to help all the time!

We rented the first floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus the sala (wich looked amazing, like a museum!) for 2 nights with 4 persons, we enjoyed it 100% Friendly staff, speak English well, great rooms, and a very good rate. We fully recommend this hotel, hope to be back 1 day.
Beautiful old Spanish style hotel exterior but with modern decor in the rooms.
Right in the middle of the old area of vigan just a stroll from all the places of interest.
We will definitely book here again when we next visit vigan.
Brilliant location. Quiet central. Staff helpful. Moved my mum's room to ground floor as she struggled to use stairs. Hotel transport very comfortable. Their native and American breakfast are substantial; a great start to the day.
Vigan Traversa Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Vigan. It is within the city center and walking distance to all destinations. The breakfast is good too since they have their own cafe. It's highly recommended!
The location is close to the tourist spots in Vigan Ilocos Sur specifically Calle Crisologo. It is also near grocery stores and convenience stores.
The place itself is complete with a sofa, TV, and amenities.
Its accessible. Though some of the staff acted mechanically, our short stay was fine. . Would use the same establishment should there be a need for me to stay overnight in Vigan City 👍
Staffs are very nice and the room was clean when I stayed there. The hotel is not situated in the old town, but still in an acceptable walking distance about 15 minutes.
Some of the most friendliest hotel staffs we ever met. They were always smiling.
The very nice cr compensated for the small room space
Very near calle crisologo
City is nice, clean and offers glimpse of Spanish past. However it needs much investment to restore Vigan's old glory. Many houses are in deplorable state.
It is very near calle crisologo. They have free iced tea and coffee. hotel is very clean and staff is very accomodating. hotel is very nice and seem new.
