The owners are incredibly pleasant and easy-going, and very nice to talk to! They are willing to help out and it is clear they want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is provided and topped up every day, and includes coffee. Everything you need to make breakfast/lunch/dinner is provided. The rooms are a very good size, and the location is incredibly quiet! The living room is huge and has lots of comfortable furniture. Parking is free and there is plenty of space. 20/25 minutes from Eskilstuna and Västerås.

We were a group of 3 healthcare professionals who transferred a minor to a hospital in Eskilstuna late at night. The trip to Eskilstuna, handover to the hospital staff, and lack of taxi service at the time took us till 4am to get to the hotel. Robert messaged me that he would extend our checkout to rest a bit, which normally is done at 11 am. He also reserved some breakfast in case we had missed it. These little things make the customer happy.
Will recommend the hotel again.
