Really pretty little town with loads of character and also very clean we noticed! We only ate out once as we self catered but The Theatre Restaurant was delicious. Not only did the waiter speak great English but they catered to our vegan needs! So many walks/hikes in the area, we could’ve stayed so much longer! You can pick up maps and info on the huts in the area etc from the tourist office. Lake Braies and Drei Zinnen are definitely worth checking out, both beautiful.weenywyattUnited Kingdom

Beautiful views from balcony (with a couch!) and within the apartment. Bed good (if a little firm for me). Kitchen with all you need, inc a real coffee machine and coffee. Good internet. Decent hot water pressure. Easy walk into town centre and Haunold chairlift. 15 mins walk to train. Friendly & helpful owners. Convenience of laundry downstairs. Lift to the room great with luggage.

Also booking.com states home is approximately 800 meters from center of town when it it actually 2 km on a winding narrow road. A more accurate description is needed on reservations.

The apartment in itself is charmingly furnished with alpine-style furniture and has everything you may need for a comfortable stay, including cooking equipment if you wish to eat in. Definitely recommended and we hope we will be back. The hosts are really nice and welcoming too!

The location and setting is amazing. All the staff are very friendly and attentive and provide excellent service. The room is very comfortable and spacious. Huberhof is located just next to 3 Zimmen ski area and we had the opportunity to do full days of skiing. The owners have provided for everything, the rooms are warm, beautiful, very clean and cozy. I would like to mention the exquistite breakfast with local bread, milk, jams and especially the traditional lemon cake. We highly recomment Huberhof!

Not only that we received the baby cot, but also a baby chair and a baby wash tub which was very convenient and came as a nice surprise Loved the small, pretty village of San Candido. I’m so happy that we choose to stay here and didn’t go to Cortina, as planned initially.
