Newly renovated during the spring of 2023, Hotel Local 101 is an independent hotel quietly tucked away in the heart of downtown Reykjavik, on a charming street made up of classical Icelandic homes. The location is really central, easy to get to restaurants, harbour, main atractions. The staff was very friendly, we arrived in the middle of the night and they were there to host us!

Very new, nice, modern, clean, spacious, … apartment. The heating system is very sophisticated (I felt the heat is from the floor) which makes it very comfortable in a cool winter day. We joined a northern light tour and so great that the apartment is just a few steps from the pickup/drop off point-Bus Stop#15. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

Has everything you need and great location. Supermarkets and restaurants close by. Very clear instructions before arrival and fast communication when you have questions. Would totally recommend staying there.
