Newly Renovated Hotel Tibet features boutique-style rooms in Kathmandu. Located behind Narayanhiti Palace Museum, the hotel has its own restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are fine. Nice terrace with delicious food. Quite area not far from Thamel shopping area. I felt very welcome.

The staff were fantastic, made us feel right at home. Special thanks for Mr.Samir, Mr.Sundar and Mr.Nitesh for all the help. Especially accommodating when I asked to clean the room at odd hours and extra towels, travelling with a baby is not easy by these gentlemen from the hotel made it a whole less difficult.

Extremely helpful and gracious staff are a big reason to use this hotel. Five minute walk to vibrant Thamel area and also to area of european branded shops and bars. Room was modern, clean, spacious and quiet. Excellent housekeeping,  service and breakfast throughout our stay. Big thank you to staff for going above and beyond to secure our lost phone.

Hotel Shanker-Palatial Heritage Kathmandu is located in Kathmandu, next to Narayanhiti Palace Museum. The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool and spa. The staff went out of the way for a last minute request for a birthday cake for my brother. Delightful experience

This was the third time I have stayed in this property. It feels like you are in your own home. Staffs are very friendly, accommodating, caring and courteous. Let me give you an example of its caring staff. “For the breakfast, they serve you with two slices of toasts. Since I was cutting down carbs, I asked the lady at front desk to send me only one slice of toast because I didn’t want to waste food. After few days, she brought me two slices of toasts and told me that the size of the bread on that particular day was kind of smaller, and she thought one smaller piece wouldn’t be enough. That just brought a big smile in my face.” Even the dog at the property is so kind, it likes to welcome all the guests each time they arrive. I will definitely come back here next time I visit Nepal.
