Very very welcoming staff especially at the reception, Ahmad is fantastic and so are the staff at the entrance. Citronnelle club restaurant was a really good surprise as well. Very nice outdoor pool area as well. Will come back for sure. Congrats for this new opening.

The hotel is located very conveniently. 2 minutes walk to Marina Mall, where there is everything for life. 5 minutes to the beautiful promenade Marina Walk. 20-30 pleasant walk to JBR Beach. And finally, a convenient exit to the main road. But the influence of the road is not felt! Every corner of the hotel is sparkling clean and smells fresh. The rooms are cleaned perfectly. There are many comfortable surfaces for things in the rooms. There is a place where you can comfortably sit with a computer and where to relax. TV can be rotated so that it can be seen even from the kitchen) Really amazing mattresses specially ordered for a hotel in Oman, I read on the label ;) Flawless satin linen! You will never feel that someone is tired, although you perfectly understand how difficult it is to work like this day and night! Reception, room service, minor repairs - all at a high level. The hotel has a motto "Home to home", and it's true: after a while you will forget that you are a guest)) How valuable it is to get a homely atmosphere in the center of a huge metropolis!
