Nice check-in by front-desk staff. Room was excellent. A very good size with an equally well-sized bathroom. Hotel has a nice vibe, layout is well done with restaurant tables nicely spaced. Decor is very agreeable. Walking distance to city centre is very doable. In winter one is right next the Hahnekamm lift. And again a nice check-out done by front-desk staff... Not going to happen, but bet the hotel is vey nice for a winter ski-vacation.

Beutiful architecture and design. Very clean, cosy and practical hotel. Amazing, helpful and kind staff. Good quality breakfast. Very near to the town center and train station. I will come back there for sure. This hotel was one of the most important reasons my stay in Kitzbühel was so beautiful.

Location amazing. Right in town, opposite K3, one minute to train station and ski lift. Tina was so friendly and accommodating and flexible for us. I highly recommend this accommodation

Chasing snow around the world I have been to a lot of places, however this is one of my favorites. Unfortunately I caught a cold, and didn’t get to enjoy skiing as much. But staying in and watching Netflix in a place that was comfortable while feeling like I was in a luxurious location was great. My host was great to my traveling companion and I, going above and beyond, including ordering a taxi to get me the train station while she herself was out skiing. And this is where the difference is, this place is setup perfectly for skiers because it’s run by actual skiers. Although I’m sure this would be a great place to stay any time of year, this is a hidden gem. I’m torn with how positive a review to leave, because I want nothing but the best for the host, but fear that as popularity grows it will be hard to ever find this place vacant for my trips. For anyone on the fence (and believe me I was) your only regrets will be that you don’t book more days.

The apartment was conveniently located to the city center, shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Ski storage on site. ~10-15 min walk to Hahnenkammbahn gondola.

The Penthouse was pretty awesome with superior views over Kitzbühel and the mountains. Location was easy to find from the main road and there was a private parking place right next to the main building. Late arrival was no problem at all. The Penthouse had 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with a wc, a smaller 1 wc, and a very spacious living area. In addition, it had 2 balconies providing excellent views to the mountains (check the attached pics). The Penthouse was also well-equipped with e.g. working fireplace, nice kitchen with a wine cabinet, Bang & Olufsen Audio System, large TVs in all main rooms, wifi etc... Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hence, it is easy to recommend this place and the Penthouse.

Very nice villa, offering comfortable rest after a day of skiing. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very stylish. Traditional, yet modern... fitting for such an iconic location. Thanks to the small kitchen, You can prepare Your own meals just the way You like it. We also liked the heated ski room and the private parking space. Very useful. The ski bus stop which takes You directly to the ski lifts is right outside the villa, which is very convenient. And if You want to go cross-country skiing or explore neighboring towns, the train station is just a short walk from there,
