We have stayed there a number of times before and it suits us perfectly. We aske for a back apartment as the front faces pavement cafes. We do not take the car into Alicante, but use buses when necessary. The apt is close enough to the seafront and shops and museums, so we can walk to them.

It was a really wonderful stay. The host couple were very nice and helpful. The room was nice, clean and new. Location was absolutely perfect, in the middle of town and close to the beach. I will definitely come back again.

The studio is small but very functional and modern. The highlights are the terraces with very nice views. The private one, which belongs to the studio and the public one. It was also nice to be able to check-in earlier and have a late check-out. Perfect stay! We will come back for sure.

Everything from the pre-check-in settings to the post-check-out luggage store went smooth and contributed to the overall great experience. The whole building looks recently renewed and so are the apartments, nothing was missing, everything was exactly as advertised, so I really had a pleasant, worry-free stay. Certainly a place worth recommendation for a few days city break.

the property is the best of it is kind in Alicante, the best thing is that the owner Virginia is outstanding, she is very professional, organized and thoughtful. the way she prepared the appartment was way beyond expectation, from amenities to the fridge items everything she did was outstanding

We loved the place, the pool, the balcony and the view were lovely. Everything was in close proximity: supermarket, the beach, tram and bus stops. Javier provided helpful tips to make our stay more pleasant. Beach equipment was provided which was a huge plus. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The apartment can sleep 6 comfortably. There was a portable air con which helped cool the place quickly on our first night, but most of the time open windows and fans were enough. The bus is literally right by the entrance and takes you to main station where we could leave our bags (thanks for the tip Javier ;) and walk around before catching bus to airport from the same stop.
