Lovely hotel in a great location, close to all the sights, nice bars and restaurants. Easy to get to from the airport. Room was great, clean, nicely equipped and tidied up daily. The staff is kind and the service is great! They offer a lovely breakfast if you need it, but there are also wonderful places in the vicinity to choose from. I would definitely stay there again. Great value for money.

Majoituimme huoneistossa, jossa on oma terassi. Huoneistossa on makuuhuone ja yhdistetty keittiö-olohuone. Huoneiden välillä ei ole ovea. Upea isokokoinen kylpyhuone. Keittiössä on astianpesukone ja pyykinpesukone. Tyylikäs sisustus. Kattoterassi on tilava.

Breakfast was excellent. The view from the balcony was amazing. The beds were comfy. The shower was perfect. The interior was a nice chic design.

The location was convenient to bus stops that's from/to the airport. A 10'ish minute walk takes to the shopping area. You have the convenience to walk right off the water or street.

The location was convenient, we parked nearby and just walked around . Old town was a bus away or walkable maybe 20 minutes but it was drizzling and cold so we just took the bus. It’s also difficult to find parking in most areas in Bilbao so best to just leave it in a parking building if you have a rental . Studio is good sized and can even fit maybe 4 people if the sofa be is used. We were able to cook a good meal as the kitchen is well equipped. there’s also at least 2 groceries nearby( 2 to 3 minutes away . washing machine is not in the unit but we didn’t use it.

The view of the Guggenheim from the bedroom was very special and changed with morning and evening light. The hotel has a fun collection of art and a brilliant digital clock.

Great location in the emblematic Plaza Nueva with bars, shops and restaurants just steps away. We had a huge room with a lounge area and balcony, all decorated in a calming colour scheme. The communal kitchen is available at all times so you can help yourself to a coffee, and the serve yourself breakfast was great - eggs, toast, croissants, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, cold meats and cheese....Really friendly, relaxed host who explained everything to us. Definitely a place to return to!
