It was nothing short of exceptional! The variety of options available catered to every taste, and the quality of the food was top-notch. We found ourselves eagerly looking forward to breakfast each morning, knowing we were in for a treat. What truly made our stay remarkable, however, was the exemplary service provided by the hotel staff. Every employee we encountered was not only friendly but also incredibly responsive to our needs. We were especially impressed by the early check-in service. Despite our ferry arriving in Palma at 6:00 AM, our room was already prepared and waiting for us, allowing us to relax and unwind after our journey. Additionally, we were touched by the thoughtful gesture of providing a small bed for our French bulldog. It's often challenging to find pet-friendly accommodations that go above and beyond to accommodate furry friends, but the Minister Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
