Fresh bread arrived at door every day and essential milk, butter, jams etc provided. Beatriz gave guidance on places to eat and public transport nearby and was always available and attentive. It even has its own chapel. All in all, basic but fairly affordable accommodation. I had a single room, simple but spacious, well-lit, spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a functional bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and checking into the room was easy. I really liked the monastery-style interior garden. There is also an outdoor garden and free parking around the building. Santiago Cathedral is 1.4 km away (about a 20-minute walk).

There was a small breakfast provided which I had not expected so was pleasantly surprised with. TV and internet both functioned perfectly. Location was great, much closer to central than it looked on the map. Great place for pilgrims who need a break from the big dorms - only cost me 50% more than a bed in a dorm with 3 others.

There is parking discount (for 24 period ) in a public parking nearby (ask at reception for the correct directions, but it's nearly 2 blocks away from the hotel, at end of the street).
