Mostly everything :) + Starting with very good and prompt communication in advance + Nice welcome upon arrival by Eloise + Kindly fulfilled request to provide a room with a bathtub + Very well equiped compact kitchen + Spacious, newly decorated and clean room + Fast Wifi connection. I had to perform some online meetings during the stay, I was able to work without interuptions + Perfect location to access airport by direct tram, bus stop to go to Monaco or else, walking distance to famous places in old town including beach, grocery store is also on the other side of street. Would definitely choose same place on my next journey to Nice.

everything especially the staff, very accommodating and warm. you feel at home with them . They are so helpful in everything especially when our early flight was cancelled , they let us stay with them again with our room prepared and cleaned... A cozy, recently renovated apartment. We had the Diamant apartment which is on two levels and we loved it. It had all the amenities needed (a nice bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning) and a small balcony to have breakfast in. The location is very good: a short walk from Tramway Ligne 1 with restaurants, cafes and a grocery store nearby. Jean-Luc was very welcoming and messaging with him before and during our stay was easy. There was even a complimentary bottle of rosé in the fridge.

We loved the location and the view from the apartment. The apartment was very nicely equipped with a washing machine, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Free parking. We appreciated the owners welcome and hospitality.

Najlepšia poloha v Nice, aj pre výlety. Krásne výhľady, perfektné vybavenie - práčka so sušičkou, žehlička na vlasy… veci ktoré inde nenájdete. Supermarket hneď oproti, kaviarne,restauracie, pláž, autobus … všetko veľmi, veľmi blízko. Ďakujeme Jeff za úžasný zážitok z Nice aj vďaka tvojmu ubytovaniu.
