Everything was perfect throughout our stay, we had both evening meals at the Plough and the food was very good and the staff so friendly. If we return to the Peak District we will most definitely return to the Plough and have already recommended it to.our family abd friends.

Bed was a double, I booked a king-size. Pillows were too hard. Carpet around bed was filthy. There was not a good choice of food for breakfast, some things had run out. We ordered toast on two mornings and didn't get it. Poor choice of cereal, no fruit. On third morning we were told there was no breakfast for us and we weren't entitled to it anyway. We asked for and were given a refund of £30.

For a family with two young children the self catering aspect of the property worked well for us, as did having separate bedrooms. This was home from home. The property was well equipped with everything we needed.
