The rooms were very nice clean and Kosi and each and everything was working in the apartment like nothing is like that something is working or something is not working and the owner was so friendly so helpful and we went in the cyclone time he help us in many ways so I'm really happy to stay there with my family and I highly recommend this place for others also

we were absolutely delighted with Mer Vue Villa! a spectacular property, modern looking , great amenities! Well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, a laundry , clean bathrooms. a bedroom on each of the three levels with an amazing sea view from the top one ! a table tennis table for kids, a beautiful pool, with a changing room , and a wash at the entrance to wash off the beach sand ! the Kovalam beach is a minute walk away! Manager Rajesh lives in the basement and is available 24/7 for help Owner Uma is fantastic to deal with , very pleasant , helpful and makes everything so easy ! all in all a fabulous and stupendous experience!

This is an amazing place ! Everything is perfectly neat, rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. There is also a very nice rooftop. The owner is extremely helpfull and meticulous, he will do everything to make your stay perfect. He helped us a lot for our arrival, giving some helpful guidance, and departure, booking a very early taxi at a fair rate.He has a real sense of hospitality and takes care of every single customer. The location is pretty close to the airport and next to a lake and a forest, making the place extremely quiet.
