Well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, a laundry , clean bathrooms. a bedroom on each of the three levels with an amazing sea view from the top one ! a table tennis table for kids, a beautiful pool, with a changing room , and a wash at the entrance to wash off the beach sand ! the Kovalam beach is a minute walk away! Manager Rajesh lives in the basement and is available 24/7 for help Owner Uma is fantastic to deal with , very pleasant , helpful and makes everything so easy ! all in all a fabulous and stupendous experience!

This is an amazing place ! Everything is perfectly neat, rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. There is also a very nice rooftop. The owner is extremely helpfull and meticulous, he will do everything to make your stay perfect. He helped us a lot for our arrival, giving some helpful guidance, and departure, booking a very early taxi at a fair rate.He has a real sense of hospitality and takes care of every single customer. The location is pretty close to the airport and next to a lake and a forest, making the place extremely quiet.
