Fortuna and all the staff at il salotto della regina where simply amazing with us. Friendly, very helpful and they easily make you feel at home. Fortuna went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, safe and loaded with the information needed. Location is walking distance to the sea and promenade and right across the US Consulate, which is very ideal for people who need their services. Fortuna was also very helpful even when we were not at their premises and needed a taxi service (which was several times). We just called her and she arranged everything for us everytime. Accomodation might not look so modern from the outside, but definietly on of the best i found and seen from the inside. Modern, extremely clean and very cosy :) i will highly recommend and will definitely visit again Fortuna and the rest of the team in the near future.

附近有很多美食，虽然离市中心有点距离，但是地铁交通还是很方便，最重要他有免费停车场!!在意大利这个太重要了，真的建议有汽车的朋友停在那里24小时的！！

I have travelled my fair share around Europe, but never have I come across such hospitality that we received from the hosts in Naples. Even in such short notice, they (the host and his sister) picked us up from the port to the accommodation. They carried our bags up to the 4th floor because there was no elevator. They gave us a list of tourist spots and good restaurants. And on top of all that, they let us keep our luggages after checking-out, which was a major help, since we were roaming around Naples. And finally, when it was time, they drove us to the airport (the luggages were already in the cars). Mind you, at no extra charge for anything. The room was perfect for 6 of us travelling together. Very spacious and clean with a balcony having a view of Mt. Vesuvius and the location is quite nice! I'll have to say, we couldn't feel more welcome.

The B&B is located in a marvelous position at beginning of Chiaia Street very close to Plebiscito Square and the Opera house. The staff was very friendly, and forthcoming with solutions to problems. The room was small, but the bathroom was nice and luxsurious. The bed was nice and firm.

Comfortable, clean and cozy! While I didn’t get the full experience because I had a short stay (left before breakfast) the staff packed me a breakfast and gave it it me the night before so I still had something! The staff also went above and beyond! There was a taxi strike on the day of my arrival and Erika was able to pick me up for the taxi fee so I wasn’t forced to walk or bus. She also arranged my taxi to the airport for the next day. Would highly recommend this property! Thank you, Erika!
