Everything was perfect and it felt like home. Especially the hosting family who are very nice people, they helped me plan out my different hikes and gave me advices for my one night in Ortisei, they also picked me up from and drove me to different places, and they were ready to help in whichever thing I needed. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

amazing location, close walking distance to anywhere in Ortisei, including supermarket, restaurants, bars and cable cars for hiking. beautiful views from the balcony and the roof terrace. very nice light breakfast with good coffee and croissants baked in the hotel, delicious fresh juices and variety of yoghurts and cold cuts. we were surprised with a complimentary dinner on the first night and free cocktails on the third night. hotel is very peaceful and relaxing, not overcrowded with people. beautiful spa with open hot tub outside and a sauna with a glass wall facing mountains. the rooms were extremely clean, big, with comfortable bed and pillows, towels, bathrobes, toiletries and slippers provided. large balcony with comfortable chairs.

Close to center of town, only 15 min walk. Beautiful views. Room was clean. Bed was large and comfortable. Great shower with awesome water pressure. Great breakfast included. Overall, a very cozy and comfortable stay. The host even gave a free bus pass (valid for one whole week). Would highly recommend it to anyone.
