You feel safe, the car is safe, underground and guarded parking, the block with a pass and many safety measures, at the exit of the block a beautiful inner garden (perfect for my dog), the apartment is clean, ok overall, the only problem is sharing the toilet with another person, there are 2 rooms in the same apartment, I was lucky 😀. It is a superb promenade that lasts for several kilometers at the exit from the block. The metro is a 4-minute walk away with access to all the tourist attractions, you can take the card yourself from the metro, supermarket on all the streets near the block and across from the metro, 1 large and accessible supermarket.
