I loved the breakfast, the quality was realy great and my personal highlight was the coffee. This was real quality and you could taste it. Such a stron flavour, i will never forget it. And on top of that you get a great staff who loves their job. They were always realy friendly and helpful. There was nothing to complain about

Very easy to get to the airport, yet in a vibrant part of the city. The property is very well equipped and nicely kept. Our host was very attentive and kind. Great stay!

The staff were outstanding. Really felt like they went above and beyond - helping us with our bags, giving us lots of recommendations etc. The room was nice and tidy, with a big clean bathroom. Location was great, lots of cool cafes and restaurants close by.

I really loved the place. It's small but super cozy, the rooms are just the right size, and it's in a great location downtown, close to all the tourist spots, restaurants, bars, and more in Lisbon. The staff was absolutely friendly, especially Grace (thank you so much for all your help!). I arrived really early, but they were kind enough to hold onto my luggage while it wasn't check-in time yet, and they also kept it for me after check-out so I could keep exploring the city. I'll be thrilled to come back!

Alecrim is a beautiful hotel, filled with beautiful art and lovely details. staff is super friendly and helpful. location is wonderful. its a cozy, exclusive place and we look forward to go back.

the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble I left my charger behind and went back and they had it and were so happy to return it to me too

The staff, Nuno and Bruno, are exceptional and make each guest feel special and taken care of. The location is close to restaurants and public transportation. Did I mention that it is across the street from the beautiful and historical Carmo Convent?
