Very clean, quiet, very well equipped (from iron to washing machine, cofee maker, sandwich maker, etc). Very close to a lot of beaches: Elafonisi, White Lake, Kedrodasos, Voulolimni. Place was very nice, everything was clean and new. in real life everything looks even better as in the photos. One of the best we have stayed. Villa was equipped with everything you may need. Our host was amazing. He recommended good options where to go and what we must see and as well suggested the places where we can go for a lunch / dinner. If you are going to Kissamos, I highly recommend this place, you will do not regret this choice.

Lovely hideaway, in a quiet location. Close to great beaches an picturesque roads through the mountains. Facilities were clean and well maintained, very comfortable bed. Mary the host was very welcoming and engaging, provided great and useful tips to explore area - thank you! 😊 We ordered a breakfast, which was very tasty and great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed very much our stay. Breakfast were very generous and delicious, highly recommended. Hosts were welcoming, very friendly and always helping us whenever we were in need - thank you again, we felt like at home :)! House and garden are beautiful, property is in calm area - perfect place to relax! With our suite and private terrace we also felt we have lots of privacy. We also were surprised by the basket with food gifts at the arrival with delicious fruits, wine and snacks. We hope to come back in the future :)

Very calm and quite area but still very close to the main road which takes you to Chania or the nearby villages and beaches. Would definitely recommend. Maria was extremely helpful and kind. This newly built complex consists of 6 detached three-bedroom villas with private swimming pools is located just in front of the beach in Platanes resort in Rethymno. Balíon is 23 km from the... This apartment was amazing! The private pool was much bigger than we thought it would be. The beach is just a quick 1-minute walk down the driveway, and - bonus - we had two beach chairs and an umbrella included with our stay. The beach itself was sandy and great for our kids to play on. There was a bar/snack place on the beach also. The apartment had a nice coffee machine, a roomy refrigerator, and most of the kitchen supplies/utensils that we needed. The air conditioning worked very well and was very welcome during the hot afternoons. We always felt safe walking to and from the place, there are several good restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store right up the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Someone may say the location is a bit distant from beaches, markets, restaurants but that was exactly what we liked about. A peaceful rural area that literally charges you for life. We had our rental car, so every day was a new adventure for us. The house is large enough, furnished in a contemporary style with very nice retro accents. Beds and pillows are very comfortable (something that I always had problems with, when travelling). Various and large enough kitchenery.
