I have given over 100 reviews since I started using booking.com and this was the easiest decision I have ever had to make in marking the property 10/10. The apartment was immaculate and equipped with absolutely everything you could need. It was a shame that we only booked one night to stay as it was a top class establishment. Kitchen had everything you could need, microwave, oven, cooker top, fridge, freezer. The check in was very easy and all done with minimal fuss. Bathroom and shower were absolutely perfect as well. Clean and spotless in every way. Bed was very comfortable as well. We knew the minute we arrived that the apartment was as close to perfect as you can get. An absolute joy to stay

The house was fully featured and had all the facilities for daily use. It was incomparably clean to any other place we stayed. It is no surprise, as the Owners' house and all area nearby look well-kept same way, at least from outside. This house can be a role model for any rented place, how it should be prepared and maintained. We would give 11 of 10 if possible.

Gististaðurinn Dwelling Zara er með grillaðstöðu og er staðsettur í Solèminis, í 20 km fjarlægð frá Sardinia-alþjóðavörusýningunni, í 17 km fjarlægð frá Monte Claro-garðinum og í 18 km fjarlægð frá... It is very nice, traditional house. Very clean. The kitchen is well equipped so you can easily cook there. The garden is nice and some beautiful turtles live there. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The property exceeded our expectations by far! The amount of space available, both inside and outside, was more than expected. The facilities were amazing, and the host was quite helpful and informative. We wished that we had made a longer stay.

This property is something unreal, amazing and perfect in every single detail. It's a complex of 5 houses in a hill facing the sea and maybe the best sunrise you can see in Sardinia. These houses are built according to the old shepherd's tradition. There is a cozy living room full of everything you need (fridge, microwave, plates, glasses, etc). The host (grazie Veronica and Andrea) gave us also the basics to have a breakfast plus a bottle of delicious mirto! The bedroom and bathroom are immaculated. All is brand new! We spent our evenings in the garden and, oh man, if you are in need to relax this is the best place to stay. The only sound you can hear is just the pleasant bell of some goat over the hill. This place is simply amazing. The nearest village is San Priamo, just a few minutes drive where there is the best cappuccino at Cafe Number One. We stayed for 2 nights and we are planning to come over again next year for one full week to explore all the coast. We left our hearts there...Veronica and Andrea are just amazing, willing to help and making your stay unforgettable. We recommend this place to everyone!

The breakfast was just right for us - we had yogurt and cereal. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We loved the location - on a quiet street but close to lots of shops and restaurants and not a lot of traffic. Communication was great! We loved it!
