Basecamp Wales er et familiedrevet vandrerhjem i Llanllyfni, i udkanten af nationalparken Snowdonia og 30 km fra Pen-Y-Pass og 8,2 km fra stranden på Dinas Dinlle. Loved the location. Loved the staff. Loved the room. Loved the view from the room. Loved waking up to grazing Marie Mcooo's outside our window. Loved the private bathroom for the price. Loved the spacious parking lot.

James John Hamilton House and backpacker hostel is located in Fishguard, on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Tenby is 57 km away. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. I loved the home, the room accommodations, the hospitality and the host!! I was warmly welcomed and had a wonderful stay in this lovely and charming place. My room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed. I was close to the bus station and a good pub for dinner. The common area was comfortable and well stocked. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. I hope to be back one day!! Thank you, Steve, for everything!!!

The location is great, the common spaces are great, books, games, comfy seats, the kitchen is great, practical and comfortable room with bunk beds, overlooking a field with frolicking lambs, clen commun bathrooms, dog friendly....

Lodge Dinorwig ligger i et ombygget skolehus i Dinorwig, 8 km fra Snowdon. Der tilbydes gratis privat parkering på selve ejendommen. Soveværelset har 14 køjesenge med individuel belysning og gardiner.... Sonni was phenomenal and the breakfast was so hearty before setting out on a hike for the national park! Would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

Totters Hostel ligger i Caernarfon, under 13 km fra Snowdon Mountain Railway. Der er fælles opholdsstue, ikkeryger-værelser og gratis wi-fi. The owner met us and welcomed us warmly. Our room was very comfortable. The shared bathroom was clean and functioned well. The dining and living areas were well-kept. The basement dining room is really lovely - ancient and rare. Continental breakfast with multiple options. Location was exceptional. Plenty of public street parking and paid parking nearby. We found a free spot to use overnight. If we had needed to pay, it was minimal. I highly recommend this hostel.

Llangollen Hostel Self-catering is a 4-star, Victorian town house in the centre of Llangollen. Amazingly spacious, clean room with everything you’d need. Great to have all the usual hostel facilities while also having a hotel quality room and en suite! The location was top notch - parked in our usual car park and said “we better find the hostel” - looked up and there it was!

Butchers Arms - Grill Pub and Accommodation ligger i Merthyr Tydfil, 45 km fra Cardiff University. Der tilbydes hurtig ind- og udtjekning, ikkeryger-værelser, terrasse, gratis wi-fi overalt samt bar. Der var en super skøn atmosfære, venlig personale, skønt mad. Vi var meget begejstret. Rummet var pænt og nyt, toiletter og bad på gangen.

Tafarn Yr Heliwr ligger i Nefyn, 35 km fra Portmeirion og 43 km fra Snowdon Mountain Railway. Der er bar og gratis wi-fi. Anna was so friendly and helpful.

Hamilton Lodge - Cottage ligger i Fishguard, tæt på Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Der er 8 soveværelser og en afsondret hytte med overdækket terrasse. Der er gratis WiFi overalt på ejendommen. The lodge was delightful, cosy and a home from home. Tastefully decorated with lots of unique and quirky features. We had absolutely everything we could possibly need , including linen, towels, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. The garden was so lovely. Location was perfect and near to pubs, restaurants and the sea front. Plenty of space for a family of six and a dog without being on top of each other. The host was excellent and checked we were OK right from booking to when we stayed. The complimentary gifts and treats on arrival were a lovely touch. We look forward to retuning later in the year.
