Basecamp Wales býður upp á fjölskyldurekna farfuglaheimilishúsaðstöðu í Llanllyfni, við jaðar Snowdonia-þjóðgarðsins og 30,3 km frá Pen-Y-Pass og 8,2 km frá ströndinni í Dinas Dinlle. There is a flock of alpacas and sheep in the field, and free feed for kids to give to them. Staff were excellent when we arrived, giving a site tour.

I loved the home, the room accommodations, the hospitality and the host!! I was warmly welcomed and had a wonderful stay in this lovely and charming place. My room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed. I was close to the bus station and a good pub for dinner. The common area was comfortable and well stocked. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. I hope to be back one day!! Thank you, Steve, for everything!!!

Michele and Helen are such kind and warm people, they were very helpful with providing suggestions, information, advice, and maps! The location of the property is quite ideal. Use of fully equipped kitchen a definite plus as well.

The staff was so nice and welcoming and the place really clean! It was definitely the cleanest shared bathrooms and a kitchen we've seen in a hostel, and we've seen many. Would stay again!

Lodge Dinorwig er staðsett í Dinorwig, 8 km frá Snowdon og er til húsa í breyttri skólahúsi. Ókeypis einkabílastæði eru í boði á staðnum. Friendly staff willing to help with tips about the region. Great breakfast included and for a small extra amount you can have a great dinner.

Totters Hostel er staðsett í Caernarfon, í innan við 13 km fjarlægð frá Snowdon Mountain Railway, og býður upp á sameiginlega setustofu, reyklaus herbergi og ókeypis WiFi. The owner met us and welcomed us warmly. Our room was very comfortable. The shared bathroom was clean and functioned well. The dining and living areas were well-kept. The basement dining room is really lovely - ancient and rare. Continental breakfast with multiple options. Location was exceptional. Plenty of public street parking and paid parking nearby. We found a free spot to use overnight. If we had needed to pay, it was minimal. I highly recommend this hostel.

Llangollen Hostel Self-catering is a 4-star, Victorian town house in the centre of Llangollen. Amazingly spacious, clean room with everything you’d need. Great to have all the usual hostel facilities while also having a hotel quality room and en suite! The location was top notch - parked in our usual car park and said “we better find the hostel” - looked up and there it was!

The Butchers Arms - Grill Pub and Accommodation er staðsett í Merthyr Tydfil og í 45 km fjarlægð frá Cardiff-háskólanum. This pub had the best hospitality I've ever experienced. Staff and locals were fantastic. Food was exceptional and beds were the best I've slept in for a long time. Thanks to Andrew and his daughter for the warm welcome

Tafarn Yr Heliwr er staðsett í Nefyn, 35 km frá Portmeirion og 43 km frá Snowdon-fjallalestinni. Boðið er upp á bar og ókeypis WiFi. Anna was so friendly and helpful.

Hamilton Lodge - Cottage sleeps 8 er staðsett í Fishguard, nálægt Pembrokeshire-strandstígnum en það býður upp á 3 svefnherbergi og afskekktan sumarbústaðagarð með yfirbyggðri verönd. The lodge was delightful, cosy and a home from home. Tastefully decorated with lots of unique and quirky features. We had absolutely everything we could possibly need , including linen, towels, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. The garden was so lovely. Location was perfect and near to pubs, restaurants and the sea front. Plenty of space for a family of six and a dog without being on top of each other. The host was excellent and checked we were OK right from booking to when we stayed. The complimentary gifts and treats on arrival were a lovely touch. We look forward to retuning later in the year.
