The camp is very well located, the rooms are confortable and the staff is so kind! The view from the hot tub is stunning! I highly recommend it!

The Barn es troba a prop del poble de Vík, entre la glacera de Mýrdalsjölill i la costa sud d'Islàndia. Aquest alberg ofereix WiFi gratuïta i aparcament gratuït. Dormiem a una habitació compartida amb 6 persones, però els llits són grans, cómodes i molt discrets. El lloc té un bar amb happy hour on pots demanar pizzes a molt bon preu (uns 10 euros, barat per a ser Islàndia) A la xica del bar se li va cremar un poc (molt poc) la pizza i en compensació ens va convidar a un parell de cerveses (que a Islàndia tampoc son barates) En definitiva, un lloc fantàstic!

Set a 10-minute drive from Jökulsárlón Glacier, this farm hostel offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and mountain views. Iceland’s Ring Road is right next to the property. The owner of Skyrhusid was one of the highlights of our trip. He made cake for everyone staying there. Gave us some Skyr on the house. He was a delight, and the facilities were awesome as well. When we come back to Iceland I definitely will stop here

El Héradsskolinn Boutique Hostel es troba dins de la famosa ruta de turisme del Cercle Daurat. Unique place, beautiful architecture, friendly and nice staff, comfy room and nice amenities. The location was also really nice, close to Laugarvatn hot water and restaurant, where the volcanic bread is a must try!

Aquest alberg respectuós amb el medi ambient ofereix vistes al port de Höfn i a la glacera de Vatnajökull i disposa de cuina compartida i bugaderia. It’s clean, great facilities (kitchen, parking etc), have good beddings. The place also near the coast which means good for aurora hunting!
