The staff are friendly, and the location is good, the room is clean, the hotel is nice, it was nice that the LOLO mall nearby you can go shopping I like this hotel and I would like to go again if I go to Fujairah.

Resort grounds were very well kept with good variety of plants and flowers. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. This was our first visit back here for a number of years and we were very pleased with what we found. We also used the Orca Dive Centre on site which was very well run and we had 2 excellent dives.

Great service , clean hotel , amazing helpful stuff , it happened that my car key fell down from the elevator gap from the 12th floor and they acted very professionally, and called the responsible company for the elevator maintenance and they brought the key next morning , and as they found it broken in 4 pieces they managed to fix it and it worked fine , this is a great experience who has let me forget about this nightmare that i lived for couple of hours from the night to the morning, i am so thankful for all the stuff from the reception to the room service , they were so helpful and professional … thank you billions for your great help indeed
