All the Zillertal ski areas easily reachable by car (Zillertal Arena ski resort within 5 minutes). The apartment has also a ski room with heated ski boots dryer in the basement. We enjoyed watching the horses and the mountain view from the large kitchen window while having breakfest. We had a great holiday with our family (2 kids) and will definitely come back.

It's on a road with a fair amount of traffic, but it's not bad as it gets pretty quiet at night. The apartment we stayed in had good views of the mountains and a balcony where you could relax. It was well equipped with utensils, plates, glasses etc. and all the rooms had attached bathrooms. The host was very friendly and helpful.

We loved the isolated farm location high above the valley. The top storey apartment was huge and perfectly appointed for a ski stay. The farm animals in the barn are gorgeous and fabulous to visit. A multitude of ski touring and winter walking can be done directly from the door. A free ski bus to Zillertal Arena stops at the start of the driveway several times a day which is great if driving conditions are dicey!

We spent a wonderful New Year's week at this hotel. The staff is very attentive and polite. We arrived late and upon request they kindly brought dinner to our room. The room was large and warm. The spa area is small but very clean. Breakfasts were varied. The dinners were very tasty and beautifully presented. The waterfall and the park around it are beautiful. Zillertal Arena is a wonderful ski area.
