Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan ligt in Baishan, op 12 minuten lopen van Fokulun Lake, en is voorzien van diverse voorzieningen, zoals een fitnesscentrum, een restaurant en een bar. Staff were incredibly helpful, the manager (Jia Hongling) added us on WeChat and was able to provide tips for local attractions way faster than we could find out ourselves. rooms were clean and well appointed, and great value for money given ski rental, lift passes, and onsen was included as well as standard breakfast.

Park Hyatt Changbaishan is located in Changbaishan Wanda International Resort. Hannashan Hot Spring Resort, Water Park and a golf course are within walking distance of the property. Great ski-in, ski-out location. Super convenient to rent ski, get ski passes and store skis and materials at the hotel’s own ski house. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

Set in the centre of Changbaishan Wanda International Resort, the Hyatt Regency features luxurious guestrooms and indoor heated pools with underwater music. Located along the 41st parallel north. An amazing hotel directly on the slopes. Ski hire, helmet and lift passes included in the hotel rate. Hotel rate also included breakfast and lunch, even though the meal plan was "no food". Recommend checking at the hotel to confirm meals. Hotel is modern and well equipped. Ski lift is within 100m from the ski locker room. Whilst weather was cold (-10C daytime), it was OK provided you dressed warm and had mask. Ski runs are great for beginners and intermediates, just not long. However, there we NO queues on the chair lift and gondolas, so straight back up the hill every time. Plenty of man-made snow on the slopes and a bonus when it also snowed overnight whilst we were there. Free bus to and from airport. Resort is only 20 minutes from the airport. We ate in the hotel, but there is also hotpot, Korean BBQ, KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, McDonalds etc + small supermarkets. Primarily a Chinese resort. Friendly and able to communicate with reception staff in english + assistance via Google Translate. If you travel with Chinese speaking friends or family, then certainly no issues. Regency Club lounge served free food and drinks from 17:30 to 19:30, so no need for an evening meal, if your room includes lounge access.
